Why can't I transfer my DRM copy from PC to portable device?

Sync'd my smartphone to my computer and transferred my digital copy of The
Dark Knight from the dvd to my computer, then tried to sync to the phone and
when I try to play it says the code has been used and now I can't watch it on
my phone...what gives? Anyone know what I can do? ...

I would like to package an already-encoded wmv (done remotely by 3rd party)

We recently switched partners to a new company to deliver our licenses for us.

I am using the "WM ASF Writer" in a DirectShow graph to stream live
video over a network. It seems to work pretty well. I would like to
add DRM live encryption. I got the WMStubDRM library from Microsoft.
And I have three questions about it.

I have XP Pro SP3, and WMP 11.0.5721.5230.
BBC iPlayer tells me there's a problem with my DRM.
I have deleted the contents of C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\DRM, and
restarted the PC, but still the 'upgrade' button on

out.
