Frustrated for hours finally got this to work!!!
*1. I ended all services that had to do with itunes or quicktime.
*** Right-click on "My Computer" and click on "Manage". Next go to
Services and look for them there.

I've been working on a project for a couple of weeks now and it's been
nothing but problems. Windows clients with an array of technical problems,
myself I can't even play DRM protected WMV files now.
Mac users are not really supported and get even more vague error messages.

I have similar problem. Same error message shows when calling ProtectFile( ).
However, ASFView doesn't show any problem and file plays fine. How do I
figure out what exactly is wrong with this file?
