DRM Samples Not Working

I have read a lot of posts in which many individuals (including
myself) have not gotten the Samples(e.g. complex.asp) included in the
DRM SDK samples folder top work properly.
After the Playcount attribute reaches 0, it just resets to the
original value. Can someone please post a working example of this? ...

begin from now and expired after 30 minutes
