How to play a drm protected video with License(.lic) on Flash disk

Hi all, I suffer a problem that is when I sync a drm protected video to flash
disk, the media will generate a license file(.lic) and a xml file contains
the device infomation. and once the video play, the media will issue the
license again, but the license file exists in the same directory with the

DRM licenses will not restore.

Cannot issue only "AllowCopy" license. (Sync License)

I need the ability to issue only a sync license without issuing an additional
playonpc license.
When I attempt to do this I always recieve an exception from WMRMOBJSLib.
For example:
