have a new laptop with Vista. I have owned music purchased through MSN
Music about 3 years ago. I copied the files onto a flash drive. However, the
WMP will not load the files into the library. How can I get my music onto

I had the same issue and found out this has to do with restricted usage rights applied to the wma files to prevent unauthorized version being deployed. The audio/ video file tries to go on the internet and refresh usage rights automatically. To correct the problem, do these steps:
