I have a Sony Bravia TV KDL-32W5500, DLNA compatible, which I
have connected to the home router. The TV gets an IP address and
is viable
I like to have it connected to our "home" computer, that runs
Windows XP Home Edition SP3 - NL (Dutch), with Windows Media
Player 11.

Windows Portable Devices API can not working on Windows XP

I install the Windows Media player 11 on Windows XP, and run the Windows
Portable Device sample provided by Windows Vista SDK. The sample can not
detect any device.
However, It can work on Windows Vista and Windows 7 RC.
But, I need to support XP also.
Does anyone can help me ?

Capture card with video and audio outputs fails wit WM Encoder

I have a DirectShow capture filter that produces both video and audio outputs
on consecutive pins. When using this with Windows Media Encoder everything
can be configured properly, but WME always assumes the capture pin (audio or
