Removing "Find In Library" from Play pane was dumb

I've always been a huge fan of WMP, to the point that I evangelize the
product to my friends. However, the removal of the "Find In Library" menu
option from the Play pane is causing me to consider using another program.
What possible reason is there for destroying what must be a very common
scenario?

Using Media Player in Visual Studio: Fails to play cinepak coded f

I have a simple form in visual studi containing a copy of windows medial
player. The player will play wmv files and avi files compressed with
microsoft video1 but not files compressed with cinepak. If windows media
player is activated outside of visual studio, all the above files play.

until yesterday.
Now, each time I try, and I've tried several different CDs, I get an error
but no error code or description of error.

Burn Data CD with Long Playlist Fails

My car stereo claims to be able to play data CD's in MP3 or WMA format of
arbitrary length.
When I try to burn a long playlist in WMP 11 as a 700MB DATA CD it seems to
stop at about 80 minutes of content even though the CD is formatted as data
not audio and when I open it in Explorer it shows as ~10% used. ...
