Maximize program window isn't max'ed?

For some reason, recently when I open up OE6 it doesn't fill up the screen
when it is maximized. It leaves a space across the top approximately equal
to the title bar of a window. Of course, I can "restore down" and then drag
the corners to the edges, but then my program window isn't anchored and the
edges ...

too many messages - e-mails lost

Please if someone can give me advice. I have over 17000 mesagges in inbox.
Unfortunately I didn't delete it on time. Now, I see that I have lost some of
them. For example, don't have messages received between 30.06.2007 and
07.03.2008. I'm not sure is this have been compacted somewhere or not. I

Losing all my sent email after a week?

How can I stop my outlook express from removing all of my sent email after
about a week. It just does it automatically & I can't seem to stop it or find
any setting related to it to stop it? ...

Does anyone know how to completely uninstall outlook express.
It came preinstalled on my computer.
Worked great for about a year.
Now everytime I try to use my address book it closes outlook express.
