Exported address book .csv format does not contain all data

Exported address book in .csv format. Not all the items that I had checked
appear in the exported .csv file. Example: One exported address may contain
the name and the next may not, but both addresses in the address book contain
the full data.

Address book not visible

When I attempt to display my AB, the list is empty (also the Contacts pane)
but when I try to add someone to my AB; I get a message that says this
contact is already in my AB. So I must still have an address Book but I
can't seem to display it or use it to help me address emails. I am running

address book to hold addresses for members of an organization.

my outgoing mail is marked as SPAM since the Service Pack 3 upgrad

Most of my outgoing mail on my virgin.net account is being tagged as SPAM
when I send it through Outlook Express. This means that most of my mail
never gets through, and the rest often gets deleted. It started happening
immediately after the servcie pack 3 upgrade. Can anyone help me to fix this? ...
