Mail won't leave Outbox

Hi, I'm having a ptoblem with sending e-mails using Outlook Express 6.0 . My
OS is Windows XP. I am also using Norton Virus protection which is updared
regularly.
The error message I recieve is

can't send messages using XP and outlet express

I have a couple of computers that have windows xp as the os. Everything was
working fine, then all of a sudden (Somewhat recently) I have not been able
to send messages on outlook express from either computer. I seem to receive
ok, but cannot respond nor create new messages on either computer using
outlook ...

What is the file size limit that can be attached in Outlook Express message??
I know that hotmail has 10 MB attachment size limit, is Outlook Express the
same as Hotmail?
and how can i send a 50 MB file using Outlook Express??

Virus in email

I have a PC and a laptop both having the same Hotmail email account. I do
not attend to the email in the laptop, I do only on the PC. For all virus
checks the laptop does not show any virus, but the PC shows viruses every

Can't retrieve folder in Outlook Express6

Had a user created folder in OE6 called SAVE. I had to rebuild my box, I
saved this folder and other stuff to a thumbdrive. Once my box was rebuilt, I
copied all my files back over to their respective places. Once I reconfigured

Can't access any site except homepage

The only way to access a site is through the search engine associated with my
homepage. Entering a web address in the address bar locks up IE, with
processor usage going to 50% or higher on Internet Explorer. Locks up.
Running XP & IE6.
