Headers within a folder

Hi , I welcome suggestions on how I can separate
URL's within the same folder.For example : If I have a listing
of web developers separating their countries by folder, is it possible
to have all the countries in one folder with a header
* Australia , then the urls, then *USA etc . i have tried to rename

You know what? The fact is more and more postings
in the binary groups are now Yenc encoded. That's
the reality. The fact that OE has ignored this format
is just forcing people to use other newsreaders that
do support it. I like OE. It is simple and

Once in the past I tried a Tiscali as an ISP. I did not like it and did not
sign up, but it left me with a Band of Tiscali adverts in the OE page.
I have tried everything I could think of to get rid of it, without success!
It is still active and changes the adverts from time to time!
Does anyone know how ...

My OS is Wind. XPPro with Internet Explore 6.0 SP2 (Upgraded)
I tried to get some additional pages from a web, but instead I had a notice
that my computer does not have the necessary cookies!
