They claim that I do not need to re-activate the account since it is an
"aim" free account that I am able to access on the web. And they claim that
it works in OE and specific directions are given. And it doesn't work.

Wish List to be able to delete attachments but

keep the body of the email.
Seems as everytime I do some "filing" of emails into folders, I run into
this bug-a-boo.
Sure would be nice to be able to delete the attachment but keep the
email.
Why would this be so difficult to include in OE? Couldn't someone just
write code to make this happen?

Cannot add subaccount for OE6

I have a DSL connection through Verizon. I have no problems at all with the
Main Identity. Yesterday, I was trying to add a subaccount (I am allowed 8
names). I added everything and tested. It would not allow me to either
send or receive mail for the new name.
Thinking that I just had something minor ...

Outlook Express 6

Unable to download IMAP folders from IMAP.aim.com.
I set it up as per directions and get error message that account was
cancelled and needs to be reactivated. Then after clicking OK, next eror
message prompts to verify username & password. After doing this, I get the
1st error message again. Please help.

trouble finding right list

I was in the ie5 newsgroup and found that I need to be in 6, but then I
found myself in this list. From the choices on the screen I can't tell what
I should choose. How does one get where you want to go?

OS Wind.XPPro with OE
All the titles of the Newsgroups in my OE were in black colour, but suddenly
one title changed colour to red!
Why did this happen and how do I change it back to red? Thank you.

It would be nice to see more right click functionality in both IE6 and
Outlook Express such as the "Search Dictionary", "Search Encyclopedia" or
"Search Google" ect, when a word is highlighted as found in the Mozilla and
Firefox Browser through the use of an extension. A very hand research
function for fin ...

Have the ability to download the body of an e-mail, which includs some
header info, like how mail was sent and IP. But do not download the
attachement unless I ask.
Anyone else have any opinions.

It's a shame they seem to be letting it die. Other than
a few improvements that could be made, I quite like OE.
