reverted icons in favorites

In IE6 favorites folder all the icons have reverted to the basic blue'e'.
Why, and how can I recover them? ...

When I use IE it somehow remembers where I've searched and what I've looked
for. I don't want it to do that. I also don't want it to remember where
I've been and what I've searched for.
How do I turn that off or kill that feature? I've tried cleaning out the
cookies and file information and history but ...

slow load up times

i have used IE for years now. I am using a 2mb Broadband connection and
reently have noticed that IE6 is taking ages to load up (about 15-20
seconds)....its ok once up and running but similalrly slow when trying to

Hello. I was wondering if it is possible to use IEAK to restrict downloads
on a certain user account in a Windows Server 2003 AD Domain. I know that
downloads can be disabled altogether based on security zones but I would like
to have exceptions for certain file types (ex. .pdf, .doc). Thanks in

Mass Automatic Deployment of Internet Explorer 6?

How can I use Group Policy to deploy Internet Explorer to our environment
automatically? Or is there a better way to mass deploy IE? I tried to create

I tried to disable Windows add-ons in Windows safe mode, but the add-ons
still appeared to be enabled after I returned to normal mode. I even went in
control panel and tried to disable them, but they were just disabled
temporarily. Can anyone tell me how to deal with those add-ons? ...
