How to access DOM when using IE control ?

Hello,
I have an app which use the Internet Explorer ActiveX control (a Java
app using SWT).
I'd like to access the DOM (HTML elements), how could I do that ? What
are the COM IDs that I must call ?

I have problem with inserting text after inserted image.
1. WebBrowser control is in edit mode
2. I insert image by invoke this method:
ExecHelperSetVal(IDM_IMAGE, szUrl, OLECMDF_ENABLED,

where szUrl is path to inserted image file
