where to find smtp and pop3 servers?

I was trying to create an account for microsoft Outlook and I tried to find
the servers but i dont know where to look and i dont know what they are. How
do I find these items so I begin my acount with mic.outlook? ...

Can this be done? I tried Cntl and hilighting each msg to forward but that
didn't work. I'd like to be able to forward multi e-mails to another pc and
Address so I can read and answer them there.

I have been receiving emails that don't indicate a sender or a subject and
contain nothing in the email. Sometimes the emails appear to be large (e.g.
768 KB) but there's nothing there. How do I block these or find out who is
repeatedly sending them. I'm afraid to open them or double click on them.

Outlook Express wont open missing libraries

I can not get outlook express to open, it errors and says that libraries are
missing!! Can i download express from here??? I can not get e-mails in
Microsoft Outlook, im not sure if this is related, ive changed the profiles
and the mail folders now open, but i can not get the mail to work?????????
