IE-Very Slow Start Up

Hi everyone. I am running Windows 2000 Proffesional on my laptop and the
other night, due to my computer having multiple ad and spyware programs, I
used the spyware removal at www.spywareguide.com. Ever since then, my
browser will not work at all.

WebBrowser Control. (The extension is written in C++). What is the correct
way to detect when it is being activated by the user? I had thought
IObjectWithSite::SetSite was the right place, but that seems to be called as ...
