Opening a HTA file from a browser without a Security Warning

I need to open an executible HTA file from the browser without a Security
Warning.
The file is on a Intranet LAN, within the local network zone, and is a
trusted application.

IE 5.5 closes unexpectedly when opening connecting to maps.google.

Everytime I go to maps.google.com, my browser crashes and closes with the
following error signature:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 5.51.4807.2300 ModName: jscript.dll
ModVer: 5.5.0.8513 Offset: 000087e4
This problem never ever happens at any other websites. I have 256mb ram.

Crash of IE on start up

After a MS update I can no longer use any browser
I get a a fatal exception 06 immediatly at 0000:000014F8 or 0000:000014E9
I'm using Window 98
Tried lots of things including spy bot etc. no luck
Its been three months
Any suggestions? ...

Crash on IE opening (other browsers too)

Since a march ms auto update I can't run any browser. I had also updated my
directx version at that time which can't be uninstalled
On opening I get an 06 error:
a fatal exception 06 has occurred at 0000:000014F8, or 0000:000014E9
I'm running 98
Tried getting rid of all spy ware etc. no help. Any sugges ...
