My Document problems after latest 2000 update

After installing the latest MS 2000 update this week, I can no longer open
multiple html documents through My Documents. It only lets me open one
document at a time and when I right-click on the file, it no longer says
"Open" at the top, but instead "Open With" and I have to choose MS Office

SP4 Update without Internet connection

When I tried to update Windows 2000 to service pack 4 on a computer with no
internet connection it tells me to find the section on trouble downloading
SP4 but when I look I can't find any info. what's up I need a SP4 update that
doesn't need to have the computer connected to the internet ...

Hello all,
I am using windows 2000
In order to keep backups of all data on my small system I have backed up all
files to a removable drive
( including the program files folder)
This removable drive only acts as a repository for files and doesnt boot up
or act as a system folder

Service Pack 4 question

When I scan for updates, I always get SP4 is a critical update. I've
downloaded several times, seems to be successful, but won't clear whenever I
