Printing will stop working for a user logged in.

I am getting ths error msg in the event log everytime a user is not able to
print. this happens at least twice a day. The user has to log out and log
back in. Please help any sugestions would be helpful.

TS Printing error

Win 2000, Printer on client is Oki c5200ne, usb2 connection. TS print
generates an error message, saying "error" with no further detail. Will
print after clicking the error message. Any Ideas?
