error with cd key on OEM version

I Have a HP DL 380 G2 with a windows 2000 Server Standard English OEM
license label.
Because I lost the original CD. I used a retail cd from other licenses. But
during installation the cd key from the label is not accepted.
I call the Microsoft Portuguese support and they told that only HP could
help ...

NT BDC to 2003 upgrade

I currently have an NT 4.0 BDC in a Windows 2003 domain (@ 2003 interim
functional level). I've run into a problem with the upgrade process
from NT to 2003 on this server (process just hangs at a certain point).
I was thinking of trying to upgrade the BDC to 2000 and then to 2003
