maximum drive size on 2000 Pro with SP4

Just got a new 750 gig drive and my copy of Win2K SP4 just won't see over 137mb.
Had no trouble with it seeing my previous 250 gig drive.
Is there a maximum size limit?
Went ahead and installed XP with no probs and it saw the full capacity of the drive.
Was kinda wanting to install 2000 on the first partit ...

i have a 2000 server as the master pdc which also holds exchange (not
upgrading this one) but i will be upgrading another DC 2000 server to 2003
what do i need to do to get this to work?
i am not updating the pdc exchange server 2000 which holds the master schema
