RIS install with w2k image - e1000325.sys is corrupted

this is my first post in this group, glad to read you guys.
Here is my case:
I have a w2k server running RIS. Also, a base Image with w2k (SP4).
What i need is to download this image to an IBM x206, that has an Intel
Pro 1000 NIC.

Has anyone deployed Windows XP to an IBM T43 Laptop? If you have how did you
get the drivers to work in the image. I have created the $oem $ Directory
and placed the files for the driver in the images i386 root.

We are trying to specify a SID during our imaging process. We have 2
applications that require a secific sid to be used in order for them to work
properly. Is there a way to specify a specific SID using sysprep or
Ghostwalker? We would rather not use SysInternals NewSid application if

Riprep error - no CD-ROM image

Restaged a PC with Win2K SP4 and all current updates. Attempt to use riprep
to copy the image to the RIS server. A message box displays saying that
there is no CD-ROM image on the server. However, there is a flat image on
the RIS server with SP4.
