Thu, 16 Mar 2006 16:26:40 +1100
We build our servers using RIS. I have just received the CDs for Win2003 R2,
which comes on 2 CDs. When I add a RIS image of R2 to the server by pointing
RISETUP at CD1 it completes without asking for CD2, but when I build a
server from the image, at first logon it wants to know the whereabouts of

INVALID CD KEY USING SYSPREP & GHOST
Wed, 15 Mar 2006 05:00:28 -0800
Windows 2000 will not accept my valid cd key after cloning the machine.

time you updated Wi ...

repair (in place) install.
I am referring to "NEW" OEM CD's (unbranded). Not the ones that come

RIS OSChooser. I'd love to be able to use this so that I can enter my
local admin password during the CIW process. I've seen others that
have accomplished this by making their own variables for the password,
but they aren't confirmed by ma ...
