Got something strange unless I am not remembering correctly.
We have an older Windows 2000 web server.
User X has modify rights in a folder... let's call TestFolder.
He is not able to change permissions on this folder since he only has
modify rights.
User X should be able to create a new fold ...

Encrypted Folder

I encrypted my files and folders and saved them in a hard drive (regular
back up). However, since I restored my computer to the original
manufacturer's configuration, I cannot open the files because it tells me

EFS certificate has expired

My efs certificate has expired and now my users cannot open any encrypted
fies on thier pc's. We can unencrypt and open but cannot encrypt.
I logged back into the doamin with the efsrecover account and it put another
certificate on the store but the problem stil exists.

Overflow Vulnerability in last mounth.There isn't any patch for this
vulnerability .But a workaround solve this security problem according to my
