No Security Center

Security Center does not appear in my Services list. When I click Security
Center in Control Panel, the Windows Security Center window is displayed and
nothing listed under the Manage security settings for: section of the window.
I am running AVG 7.5.
How do I get it back?

Is there a way to list certificates on a server (Local Compute/ Personal
Store ) and their expiration date?
I have been playing with certutil.exe and just can't find a combination of
parameters that will do this.

I have made a clone with Drive Image 6 (MSDOS diskette) for a Windows XP
with SP2 with all the patches.
I have deployed this clone image using the same tool for a 100 PC's.
After the first reboot I have changed manually the computer name on every PC.

My Windows XP Media Center SP2 returns an "Access Denied" error when I try to
change an account picture. This happens when logged on as any member of the

Certsrv ActiveX Hangs in Vista

I have a web application that relies on users registering for a cert using
the Certsrv site on a CA for a certificate. This has always worked well for
Windows 2000 and XP machines, but machines that are using Vista get the
"Loading ActiveX" popup and hang.
