I have a box that, after reimaging I cannot install something after logging in with a domain account thats part of the administtrators group, it works fine as a local admin.

Hello Sam,
In GPMC you can also copy an existing GPO. Install Group policy management
console and see what it can do for you.

I have 2 OU's. I have configured the first group policy and tested it on a
domain workstation. Works awesome. Now the other OU will have almost the
EXACT same settings, I don't wanna go through all that again. So here is my
