Can runas be used in the guest account?

Hi,
I've done some tests on this, and as others have suggested (thanks pegasus!)
it would appear that runas is disabled on a Windows 2000 guest account.
I have made it work on a Windows 2000 machine which wasn't up to date with
service packs, (it's not part of any network, either...) but it definitely
won' ...

I was testing Windows 7 for the company and somewhere in my stuff I caused
real problems in one profile. I did more or less what I usually do in XP and
just deleted the users folder under Users. Now when I log in with that logon
instead of creating a new profile, it says that it is a temporary profile,
etc., ...

not rates by the MSRC?
Windows Update web site will show these updates as High-priority update

Administrative Privileques Required - Why?

This is really weird:
I have set up an existing Windows Server 2008 R2 virtual machine anew again,
keeping drive D: which is my data drive. Same settings as always, everything
the same...
But now VS 2010 can't save one of my .cs files (MainForm.cs) which it did
save on the same machine yesterday night!
