Outlook registry entry for Daylight Savings

Anyone know where the registry entry is to put a tick in the box for Outlook
(in this case 2000)?
It looks like this setting is read from the current machine -but even though
I have this set
some computer users don't have it set! Of course the tick can only be put
in as (local)administrator

I have a HDD slaved to my computer and I'm trying to find some way
to view the SOFTWARE file on it so I can pull the productId key out
of it. thanks for any info

I seem to have damaged something on one machine, probably in the registry,
that is preventing access to DCOM servers when they have a space in their
paths - unless that path is "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\VB98"
which seems to be treated a little differently. Can anyone help me locate
the cause?

Hi.
I have (or probably created) a problem, that may have to do with the DVD
device on my PC. I use W2000 Pro with SP3. I also have a Pioneer DVR-108 DVD
writer and a TEAC W540E CD-Writer. Recently I updated the DVD with the new
firmware (1.20) instead of the old one 1.06. The procedure ended correctly.

Cant run regedit

I have a W2K server running term services in app server mode. When i try to
run regedit from the run box, it reads operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer, please contact your system
administrator. I am the sysadmin. How can I correct this?

Help - Task Scheduler won't run *.reg files

Windows 2000 server, domain environment.
We've set up a couple of scheduled jobs to run registry changes (.reg
files), but the jobs "Could not start" and no further clues (in Event
viewer, or the Task Scheduler itself) were given as to why. The Task
