PPTP behind Cisco 2821 - help!

I have a Win2003 server that accepts MS RRAS PPTP VPN connections. Or
rather, it did until I moved them from the cheap soho routers they used to
be on to a shiny new 2821. The machine's public ip of 66.17.84.14 works;
outbound NAT and VPN is fine, I can RDC and FTP into the box. What doesn't

I'm trying to setup a VPN server that will be multi-homed on several
different internal subnets, and allow VPN clients to be "dropped off" on the
appropriate subnet based on a static IP specified in the AD user properties

This is the setup............
I have a w2003 server with AD and RAS installed which is on 'A' network. I
have clients on 'B' network who want to access this server both using PPTP
and L2TP with IPSec. Pls let me know whether they can access using VPN?

I'm a complete novice in this area.
We have setup a Win2k3 box. This is connected to a router.
The router has a static IP.
The router is giving out a 192.168.1.64 address to the server through
DHCP.

PPTP fails after IP addr change

I have a Win2003 VPN server that was working just fine, until I moved it to
a new location. I changed the IP address from 199.227.61.198 to
67.16.84.14. Both old and new are directly behind routers, no firewall in
between them and the net.
When I try to VPN to 67.16.84.14, I see packets to the old address ...

I have an access policy that looks something like...
Framed-Protocol matches "PPP" AND
Service-Type matches "Framed" AND
NAS-IP-Addresses matches "1.1.1.1" AND
Windows-Groups matches "blah\group1"
