connect thru VPN but not computers

I can connect thru the VPN, but can't connect to some computers... I try to
ping them and no luck... but I can ping others and connect to them... the
computers I can't conncet to are Windows 2003 Std, windows xp 64-bit, windows
xp, and windows 2000 workstation... does anyone have a clue on why I cant
conne ...

VPN RAS connections create dns entries on DC

This is on a 2003.sp2 server. I thought I would ask here too.
The server is a DC/Exchange/RAS server.
When clients connect via VPN, a dns entry with the server's name using dhcp
ip range is created in DNS.
This causes problems for local clients when they pickup this dns entry and

I have numerous users reporting that they cannot log into vpn. I've
looked at the System Event logs and see hundreds (literally) of these:

I'm trying to write a dll for the Microsoft cmak, which we will use for a VPN
connection. It's supposed to have this signature:
HRESULT WINAPI function
