VPN consistantly disconnects after 179 seconds

When a user connects to my VPN (RRAS on server 2003), the connection ends
after 179 seconds. This happens every time. I have tried with clients
running Vista Ultimate, XP, and server 2003. Going through the logs on the
server, I have found a few entries that I am attempting to see what the codes

NO PPP ADAPTER

I sam seting up VPN access, but when RRAS serivce starts i loose all
connection to the server, and there is no PPP Adapter if i got to the comand
line and type.. IPCONFIG /all.
And under IP ROUTING/General the INTERNAL interface is NOT AVAILABLE.

RA connects to a LAN, RB and RC as shown. Client connects to RC. Client
can PING 10.0.0.159.
RA can surf the net. RA can ping 10.0.0.1 - the gateway.
Client one, and none of the routers can access 10.0.0.1.

acting like VPN server, it accepts VPN incoming connections and has IP
pool from 192.168.11.2 to 192.168.11.10, so the it will have
