How to limit RRAS VPN connections to one?

Hi, All
Basically, we have users who logon to the RRAS VPN with two machines from
home, therby using two VPN connections. I want to limit all users to one VPN
connection at a time.
Any way to do this?

Here's the set-up. Windows 2000 server with single network adapter
behind a NAT router. The server's network adapter has two different
