Inbound filters not workign

I'm trying to setup some inbound packet filters on My 2003 AD Server to
prevent access to a certain program, but i can still access the port thru
the program. i'm configuring filters on the public interface in the ip
routing/general section of RRAS. here is my netsh output:

since I upgraded my 2003 RRAS servers to SP1 ICMP is blocked through the
client tunnels and the Site 2 Site Tunnel to a Branch Office. It works
to and from a remote client and the RRAS server but

Remove Everyone Group?

When i attempt to remove the Everyone group from the "Pre-Windows 2000
Compatible Access" Group, dial-in users on the RAS are no longer able to get
in? I would like to remove everyone from that group gor better security, but
i need dial-up users to be able to dial-in. All client workstations are

We have RRAS on one of our Windows 2003 Standard servers - one network card
connected to the LAN, the other to the internet. Since all our
browser/internet activity is going through this server, is it possible to
use RRAS to log internet/browser activity? I'm coming to the conclusion the
answer is no, but ...

Hello, I am wondering if there is a way to limit the PPTP connection speed.
Currently we have a bunch of remote users that are starting to strain the T.
Is there a way i can limit the amount of bandwidth or Port speed available
per PPTP connection so it will not affect our overall bandwidth?

Okay I have wasted about 30 hours on this now.
I have a windows 2003 server in my office which is running a Remote
Access Service.
I can connect to it with one PC but not the other. Buth PCs are XPPro
SP2.
The one that cannot connect has Norton AntiVirus 2005 installed but I
have disabled the worm protecti ...

My network is divided into two subnets 10.0.0.0 mask:255.255.255.128
and 10.0.0.128 mask:255.255.255.128
My PDC is multihomed (3 NICS) and runs Windows 2000 server with DNS,
DHCP, WINS and RAS and is the only DC.
One NIC routes to the internet with RAS (static route) the other two to
the subnets.
