Setup VPN Tunneling To Use L2TP instead of PPTP?

I have a Windows 2003 server running RRAS with VPN setup to use PPTP. We
just had a security audit and were advised to changeover to L2TP.
I'm having trouble finding a straight-forward method of disabling PPTP and
enabling L2TP. Unfortunately, it's not as simple as changing a checkbox

Windows 2000 Router + Internet

Hi,
I'm trying to configurate a windows 2000 router with 2 NIC, 2 lans and
internet. The 2 LANs can see each other correctly, but only one LAN have
internet access the other has not.
heres the setup:
Internet GW
IP : 192.168.1.253
Msk :255.255.255.0

Client1 : IP: 192.168.1.248

If I do a /release /renew with RAS service running it does not assign
the gateway specified in TCP/IP settings.
With RAS service off it will assign the gateway correctly. And then
work fine when RAS service is restarted.
What setting am I missing so that it will tell the gateway for the NIC
correctly on ...

I've configured a PPTP VPN Connection in RRAS and had no problems. Got it
working through ISA as well so pretty happy so far.
From my understanding, PPTP is less secure than L2TP and I'm trying to
configure this type of VPN.

RRAS: Problems with NAT

I’m having trouble with RRAS NAT on a Win2K Server SP4. As far as I can see
I’ve setup everything as it should be, and although computers on the NAT NIC
side can ping (DNS resolution successful) hosts on the internet, browsing and
other applications do not work.
