Slow NAT service

I’m having trouble with my RRAS NAT service. The server is a Win2k Server SP4
running AD, RRAS, DHCP, DNS. Internet connection is a dynamic dial-up link
across an ADSL link.

619 Errors on RRAS 2003 PPTP Connections

RRAS 2003 PPTP Connections were working fine until I installed Exchange on
the box. (Disregard security implications, I am aware of them). Now PPTP
connections error out with 619. I've tried the following:
Disabling RRAS, Unregistering/re-registering the server in AD, I've replaced
dnary.mdb and ias.mdb ...
