logon script adding printers and account tracking code

I"m trying to make a script either VBS or just a .bat file that will
load a printer for the user and then load the account tracking code
(usually done manually under: printer preferences -> job manangement /
account tracking)
i can get the printer added to the users account no problem but not

Print job stuck in print queue

After KB8884897 patch installed, every time when I try to print, the job
stuck in queue. The day after, all job print again on a same printer.
This issue affect only my Windows 2000 pro computer, but not all.

Users not getting print server settings

I am trying out a Windows 2003 R2 print server, I have installed the
printers on the server then change the paper sizes to A4 and duplex etc, but
if I go to a PC and try install it via the web site http://server/printers
the printer installs but not settings are taken over to the user, so no
duplex etc.
