Out of Resources General Protection Fault installing HP driver on

Recently started having issues installing HP 4000 series printers on W2k.
Installation seems to go fine until it prints a test page and it is unable
to. When you go to printing preferences you receive the message: Function
address 0x4f50194f caused a protection fault. (exception code 0xc0000005)

Is there any documentation from Microsoft, to set up printer queues and
install aditional drivers for printers.
I googled a while, but find only docs abaut printing concepts.

Only Administrator can print

Printmig v3 Cluster to standard server restore

Hi All
Does anyone have experience replicating printers from a clustered server to
a standard server? Will printmig do this? The documentation seems to infer
cluster-to-cluster is fine.
The reason I'm going from a clustered to standard server is as a disaster

usb, printing intermittent problem

I have usb issues with Win2000 most notably printing
I have USB1.0 pci board, Samsung ML1710 printer
About 50% of the time when I come to print I get no repsonse from printer
and a dialog:
"there was an error found when printing the document xxx to USB001"
