Printer Management

I am using a Windows Server 2003 machine as a print server. I am wanting to
allow students in my school the ability to send a job to a printer, however I
do not want that job to print until a teacher aproves that job. How can I do
this?

I am performing the server migration. When I using the NT4 WS to
install the print queue. The workstation will hang the installation task
randomly. After restart the workstation, it can continue to install again.

Yesterday I changed one printer to print in file. Since that time, most
