We need to replace an HP d155 All-in-One (Scanner/Copier/Fax/Printer) on our
Win2003 Server system. The AIO is used on Terminal Services.
We tried an HP PSC3310 on HP's insistence that it would work with this OS,
but it won't!
Can anyone recommend a suitable unit?

I am interoping WINSPOOL, and retrieving LEVEL 2 info for each printer
using GetPrinter. On two W2K computers it correctly returns the number
of jobs waiting in the queue for the paused printer, and the paused

We have an old Win2k Pro machine that shares printers to the network.
Recently (i.e., today), we've seen issues where pcs that have been
able to print to these shared devices are no longer able - the printer
shows "Access denied".
Network shares on that machine are working properly.

I was wondering if there was a way to migrate printer shares and ports to a
new server, but use newer drivers already installed on the the new server
instead of using migrated drivers from printmig? Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi all,
I need to find out the IP address of the network printer which is
connected to a port of the print server. Using EnumPrinters function we
can get the other information but not the IP address...
Can you please help in retrieving the IP address for this type of a

Migrating Print servers user impact

I am planning to migrate my current print server to a new machine with a
different name. I will be using the Print migration 3.1 tool from microsoft.
I would like to know if there is a way to do this without affecting the
users. I really dont want to have to go to each workstation.
