Error 1797 - Unknow driver - Print Server Windows 2000

In my company there is a new Windows 2000 server, the printers were installed
and shared in the Print server, but when the users try to connect to the
printer share they are getting the error code - 1797 Unknow driver.
It is happening just for the user that try to install it for the first time.
