Printing in workgroup

Hi,
I am wondering if its possible to print on a workgroup Anonymously? I got a
Windows 2000 pro workstation with a network printer attached to it. I want
other workstation to send print requests to this machine but everytime it
prompts me for username/password or I need to setup every logon the same.

Is anyone aware of a way in which users' printers/print jobs can be
failed over to a hot standby server using DNS as the switching
mechanism?
Here is the situation:

services. I have about 16000 users each with a individual print queue.

Does anyone know if MS made any significant improvements to the Printing
system in Windows 2003 verses Windows 2000?
We have over 90 printers setup on a fully patched Windows 2000 Server and

Trouble getting the Canon MP730 working with W2k - works with Win98se

I recently added a Canon MP730 all-in-one printer to my system which
dual boots Win98se and Win2000. Win98se works fine but Win2000 will
