Hi
My win2K Pc now boots up without complaining about the active desktop
now I have done a "repair" reinstallation.
BUT all the other problems are still present.
1 al my icons on the desktop have the windows logo and name.lnk the lnk
file will not execute
Also the dialogue to select an app to run ...

Hi Guys
On Saturday my computer would not access the internet with my Norton's
Firewall on. If I turn it of I can access the internet I tried using
zonealarm and it does the same thing.
can anyone help please..

Duplicate DLLs

Upon examining a list of the large files on my C Drive, I notice there are
many WINNT DLLs in "C:\WINNT\System32" also duplicated in the
"C:\WINNT\System32\dllcache" directory. They carry the same size and
creation date in each directory.
