No taskbar?

Hi, this may sound like a really silly question, but I've just installed
Windows 2000 and there's no taskbar? I thought auto-hide might be on, but
when I move my cursor down off the bottom of the screen (or the sides or top)
it doesn't appear. Any idea how I can get it to come back? It's very
frustrating! ...

Quick Launch icons: How to arrange & keep

Hi,
I'd like to arrange my Quick Launch icons in any order I wish, and have them
remain that way. Currently the order is lost on reboot. Is there a way to do
this?
I have Win 2K Pro, SP 4 rollup, and OE v 6.00.2800.1106

Hard drive reporting wrong size...

I just "built" my first computer (AMD Athlon 64) and "almost" everything
seems to
work just fine. I installed the operating system on drive C (80 Gig Hard
Drive) and

Folders will not display thumbnails in Thumbnail View

Hi. When I set a folder (My Pictures) to Thumbnail View, all the .bmp
files show thumbnails, but the .gif and .jpg files still show generic
icons. What do I need to do to correct this problem? I'm running
Windows 2000 Professional, Service Pack 4.
