move bootable Win2k hard disk to new PC?

i instal Win2k on old PC, then lots of software
i want to put hard disk in new PC.
with Win95/98 it would detect new hardware, and ask for Windows
CD and maybe device driver disks ... but you would get it going
without much trouble.
i have been told by nerd at work that you can't relocate Win2k

How can I totally REMOVE the windows taskbar with registry editor?

My Quick Launch Icons have never stayed arranged as I want them. The only
choice I have when right clicking is "Sort by Name," but on reboot that

website jpgs not loading--Win ME

I'm not sure if it's a problem with my video card or not. Most web sites load
eventually although graphics are slow, sometimes the full graphics never
