resize partition - Win2K Server

Hi,
I simply need to resize an NTFS partition on a Win2K Server machine but I
don't want to pay $500 for the "server" versions of some of these products.
Are there any freeware/shareware products that will resize partitions? Even
paying something like $50 is not a problem as long as it also works with

when I connect a removable harddisk via USB it is recognised als disk
drive, but as "local disk" which seems to be strange.
When I connect an USB stick, this is also a "disk drive", but here it is
as I expect: a "removable disk"

Compare Xeon Processor Performance?

Is there a place I can see a comparison of different Xeon processors and
their performance?
I'm looking at the 30x0 Series and the 51x0 series and wanted to know how
say a 3060 compares with a 5120.
I've seen some comparisons on desktop processors, but not the Xeon.

I just put an 200 GB disk (secondary for storage) into my win 2000, in
computer management i get: Disk 1 Dynamic Unreadable.
The Disk is OK, i pluged it as an USB drive on the same machine, works fine.
