showacls limitations

Are there any limitations on the "showacls" command-line tool from the
Windows 2000 Server Resource Kit?
Running a "showacls /s \\remoteserver\share >piped.txt" does not give me an
entire listing of permissions. The file is truncated as if there is some

Hi,
I use Raxco PerfectDisk v 8.0.0.67 on W2Ksp4 .
My system partition is 20 GB, with about 10 GB free space.
I am not able to perform offline defrag, because it tells insufficient
free space to do it.
Understandable... BUT Largest free continuous space is much larger
then any of file, even then 768 MB swa ...

FSUTIL, hardlink not working

hi,
either in win2000 or in winXP (both NTFS) i've tried FSUTIL hardlink create
newlink_file
source_file
but the new file seems to be only a mere copy and not an hardlink, so if i
modify the newlink_file the source_file remains the same
what's the matter? :-/

i tried
FSUTIL hardlink create hardlink_name.ext original_source.txt
but it doesn't seem to work as expected:
when i modify using the supposed hardlink, the source and the hardlink are
different... like two different copies :(
i've tried in win2000 sp4 and xp sp2

we've to upload files from a win2k3 server to a AIX OS path. the user logs
in via ftp command however we are not able to execute the
RNFR, RNTO and PASV
commands, and recieve the invalid commands option, when we login directly to
AIX it also says invalid commands.
