I just got back working on my website. Its taken a long time to finish but I am getting there.
I got great web hosting at http://www.domainnamefree.net where I got a free .com name and a good site builder. Im going to keep working on it ill let you all know how im doing.

a friend wants to replace a damaged WinMe (only DOS mode possible) with
Win2000. Will his textfiles, outlook mail etc. that were created with WinMe
get lost during installation of Win2000?

Running out of Space continuously on FileServer that hosts Homedir

users homedirs they contain duplicate information.

Changed User folder name, lost documents

I did it, and I am mortified. While logged on as Administrator, I
changed my User Name, then changed the name of the associated folder
under Documents and Settings to reflect the new name, logged back on
under changed User Name, and all settings, folders and documents are
gone.

I work with a network with a win 2003 Server and 5 Mac that running Mac OS
9.2 and Mac OSX 10.3.9.
When I connect Mac to the server using OS X the network speed is high both
in TCP/IP (with SAMBA) than AppleTalk protocol.
