How to make sure image file can be seen by others

My QUESTION is ... is there anything I can do to increase the
chances of the recipient being able to see the image file I send
with my emails?
Sometimes the image of a document which I email from my Eudora

Hi all,
I have a W2K SP4 which is upgraded from NT4, as a result the c: is only 2GB,
a weird and strange issue happens, The server will always report not enough
space on c: when I make nearly any modification to it, e.g. I copy a 4MB only
file from d: to c: it will repport "not enough space".

We just noticed a very strange problem. Two of our Win2000 SP4 Servers now
have both letters C: and F: pointing to the same partition on a
software-mirrored disk0.
Part of the registry references (to DLLs and other files) point to files
using C:\ the other (smaller) part points using F:\

I wanted sped up a POET-Server on a Windows 2000 Server. So I put in another
Processor (2x 2,4GHz Xeon with HT), a Raid-Contoller with 60 Gbyte/sec and 3
Gbyte RAM. But the speed advantage is only ~10% (compare to 1 CPU,
20MByte/Sec HD and 512MB RAM). The CPU-Usage is 1-3%, the memory 10-12%.
