FAX SENDING DENIED! URGENT! PLEASE HELP!

When sending a fax from any program using Windows 2003 standard edition's
faxserver my fax doesn't get send.
The error given was : Fax sending denied. The queue is blocked.
I didn't change anything, before this morning everything was working fine.
Please help!! We cannot send faxes right now!!

I had win2k fax service management in my tool tray however when I
received a phone call it activated. The only way I was able to
deactivate it was to shut down the machine and take it out of the

can not use fax service in domained 2003 with USR

My office computer is a win2003 server and member of our office domain with
well working USRobotics faxmodem. I installed fax service but don't work and
reports that cannot find device or can not connect to fax service or
incorrect computer name!!My friend has same problem.

I installed Fax service through windows component install.
everything is ok. There is a service named fax that is started
automatically.
in (computer management)>(services and applications) when I select property
option of fax I get "could not open a connection to the fax service"
message!
