No way to use calling card rules in Win2K3 Server?

It appears that there is no way to use calling card rules in the Fax Service
provided with Windows Server 2003 -- is this correct? From the KB and
newsgroups postings, it seems that the calling card rules are only applied
at the user level, and since the Fax service in Win2K3 must run under a
service account, ...

Programmatically Change Incoming Fax Methods

I'm try adjust the fax methods programmatically. For example I would like
to have faxes route via email during certain hours of the day and have them
print during other hours.
I haven't had much luck getting this to work. Does anyone know how to do

Hi
Is there any way I can obtain a Graphics object for a fax print job in
c#, In the same way I can call FaxStartPrintJob in MFC to get a device
context (And then use GDI calls to build up the page)
