2003 FAX Service Intermittently Locks Up

We have a Windows 2003 Server (Standard Not SB) where the entire
FAX subsystem occasionally decides to lock up. It will run fine for maybe

I have W2K SP4. Fax service was OK until recently when for some reason, fax
is only sent after the computer is shut down and restarted. I cannot recall

Sharing fax via network

Is it possible for me to set up MS Fax on one computer on the network and
have all other computers to link to this computer to send a fax? The main
computer has a telephone cable connected to it so that it can dial out and
receive incoming call.

Dial rules in Outlook Contact to work with MS Fax

For some reason, OL Contact put the area code in front of all fax # in
Business Fax field (for example, I entered 393-8738 and it was saved as
(661) 393-8738. This caused the dialing to this number failed because either
